Scientific abstract and context

A prospective Health measurement requires evidence that an organization realizes its specified constitution and possesses adequate lawful continuation capacity. This study makes the associated state-identification problem mathematically explicit in a two-site exchange model. Two states have identical present exchange flux and constitutive cost, yet their continuation capacities differ when subjected to the same future forcing. The paper proves the exact two-state observation fiber rather than selecting examples from an unknown larger family.

An informative intervention can identify the hidden distinction while changing the prospective Health classification being investigated. The analysis constructs two maintaining and classification-preserving alternatives: a heterogeneous-response probe with post-intervention flux readout and a fixed-drive procedure with repeated constitutive-cost observation. Both give model-relative identification and explicit local bounded-error results; neither is claimed to be physically superior without calibration and experimental comparison.

Continuous-time analysis identifies two further limits: sampled admissibility need not transfer to a differently specified all-time work condition, and qualified observations at two times can conceal an intermediate loss of the required exchange. The mathematical results identify conditions relevant to future physiological state measurement. No validated physiological state imaging, calibrated acquisition mechanism, or prospective clinical Health measurement is claimed.
