Research summary

Paper III establishes a representation-sufficiency theory for prospective health. Query-visible quotients determine the exact information demanded by declared health questions, characterize sufficient representations through refinement, and identify the coarsest sufficient target for exact deterministic transport. The paper extends these results to state-level health observation and provides concrete response-semantic realizations for control, viable cost, probability, route structure, and failure-aware robustness.
