Research summary

Across 3,704 lineage-qualified cells from three E7.5 mouse embryos, nine prespecified construction lanes yield sparse pair-local correspondences evaluated against a disjoint molecular feature panel. Set-valued target fibers and overlapping source regions retain construction-held-out molecular organization; degree-controlled connectivity contributes additional source information. Molecular-effect direction persists across tested representations and domain scales while exact global correspondence conditions fail.
